Inventurus seeks a Vice President (VP) of Inpatient RCM to lead a global team that provides outsourced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to our customers.​ The VP will be primarily responsible for maximizing Revenue and Collections while optimizing RCM costs for all of IKS’ customers in the Inpatient Healthcare market.​ To do so effectively, the VP will manage the Inventurus delivery teams based in the US and in India, and coordinate with each customer’s Finance and Clinical Operations’ organizations.​ The VP will help build and develop IKS’ delivery teams and will be expected to be on site with our clients on a regular basis as well as some travel to India will be required.​ This position reports to the SVP of Inventurus.​

This person will be expected to travel 60\%​ of time domestically and also periodically, to our Mumbai & Hyderabad, India and Montgomery, AL service delivery locations.​

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Manage the Inventurus delivery team in the US and India to meet or exceed contractual targets for collections, Accounts Receivable and other operational parameters specified by the Customers

(2) Assist in managing the overall relationship between Inventurus and the customer to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, by:

a.​ proactive communication with the customer

b.​ monitoring operational metrics/​reports to identify operational issues

c.​ working with the delivery teams to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively

d.​ ensuring that Inventurus operations are aligned to meet customer goals

e. ​ assisting the Channel and Account Managers who serve as the “customer champion” within the Inventurus organization to ensure that the customer’s requirements are addressed effectively

(3) Manage the overall delivery organization for the customer to:

a.​ ensure high quality of service delivery

b.​ ensure high employee satisfaction

c. ​ meet or exceed operational targets including but not limited to cash collections, billings, posting time and errors, and employee productivity

d.​ meet Inventurus targets for operational profitability



(4) Assist the client management team with revenue growth from the customers, by:

a.​ Identifying opportunities for outsourcing additional back-office services from the customers

b.​ Working with the Inventurus teams in the US and India to manage service delivery

(5) Coordinate with Inventurus client management, IT and other corporate teams to ensure that the Inventurus delivery teams in the US and India working for the customers receive optimal support in areas such as recruitment, training, quality and process improvement, metrics and reporting, information technology, finance/​invoicing, and so on

(6) Serve as part of the Inventurus leadership team, by consistently demonstrating outstanding leadership, hiring, decision making and supervisory skills.​



Experience and Qualifications:

Substantial experience in managing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations for a large Enterprise scale provider in Inpatient settings 10+​ years experience as (1) leader of a centralized billing office for a large healthcare provider, and/​or (2) operations lead for an Inpatient Billing/​RCM company that has operations comparable to Inventurus’ and or its largest customers’ scale
Experience in coordinating with clinical teams and front office teams for reimbursement issues
Expertise in EPM and EHR software solutions for Inpatient setting is essential.​ Experience managing Billing and Collections from key National Payors and their local plans is essential
Familiarity with NextGen EPM and EHR is desirable.​
Prior experience in working with a global delivery team is desirable
Bachelor degree required.​
