The Role:Bloomberg is looking for a talented Benefits professional to join our Professional Development team in New York. The Benefits Administrator will assist with maintaining all of the benefit vendor relationships and will field any escalated issues that require intervention with the account managers. Using superior customer service skills, the candidate will act as the front-line interface to employees globally, resolving escalated benefit issues and working with vendors to resolve any contractual additions or negotiations. The Benefits Administrator will also provide direct support to the Global Benefits team on new initiatives as well as ongoing projects such as benefit plan/vendor reviews and renewals, encompassing areas such as 401(k), health care and wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing vendor relationships and administer benefit feeds
- Respond to benefit inquiries from employees on plan provisions, benefit enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries
- Support the planning and administration of the annual open enrollment process
- Assist with health and wellness events
- Maintain and update Bloomberg benefits information
- Ensure accurate reporting and address benefit audits
- Process benefits billing
- Organize HIPAA training

Qualifications:- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years proven benefits experience
- Organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume workload
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite preferred
