Position: DIRECTOR-Product Marketing Lead for Hedge Fund clients:
Business: Cross Product Portfolio-based Margining

Job Description:
Capital efficiencies available via Citi\'s Cross Product Margining (CPM) program encourage hedge funds to materially increase trading volumes with the firm. At the same time, the CPM offering mitigates credit/market risks for the firm. Pending legislation will increase the need for capital efficiencies for this key client sector-CPM will play a vital role in protecting existing / expanding overall market share.

This front office role will expand the existing global marketing effort for the team-focusing on the firm\'s Platinum and Priority Client base.


Core responsibilities will include:
-- Responsible for a team of multiple direct reports

-- Marketing to your existing book of Hedge Fund contacts

-- Winning mandates from the firm\'s core Clients for our Cross Product Margining offering-establishing and maintaining new relationships.

-- Cross selling the firm\'s products and services to new/existing Clients.

-- Through direct interaction with core Clients, contributing to strategic build of the global CPM product offering.

Citi\'s Cross Product Margining (CPM) platform provides key hedge fund clients seamless integration of their portfolios across Citi products/legal vehicles. A range of portfolio-based margining methodologies encourage clients to hedge their portfolios with Citi by reducing initial margin requirements for properly balanced portfolios.

-- Portfolio-based margin calculations to optimize initial margin requirements for well hedged portfolios

-- Single net margin call across Citi Products/Legal Vehicles

Specifications / Qualifications:
-- At least 10 years Industry experience

-- Proven ability to establish and grow new relationships with investor clients & hedge funds

-- Strong product knowledge across a broad spectrum of Global Markets business offerings

-- Excellent presentation and communication skills - comfortable interacting with Client Senior Management both individually and as part of a larger team

-- Series 7, 3, and 63 a plus
